Luvia is committed to maintaining proper privacy standards. We process information that you voluntarily choose to submit, alongside technical parameters necessary to secure and operate the mobile application.

2. Account Information

To use Luvia, you may register using phone login or social authentication methods. We record details including your user ID, phone number, email address, display name, and chosen profile picture to manage your registration credentials safely.

3. Pet Profile Information

Because Luvia is a pet-first community, you may configure profiles for your animals. We store details including your pet's name, profile pictures, breed, gender, breed category, and behavioral descriptions.

4. User Content

We process and host photos, video moments, posts, and comments that you select for public sharing inside the community platform. This media is processed via our content safety and moderation pipelines.

5. Social Interactions

We record your follow relationships, moments likes, and general post comments to display connection metrics properly inside the community feed.

6. Purchase Information

Luvia offers consumable virtual coins. All financial transactions are processed securely through Apple's App Store payment environment. Luvia does not store or process complete credit card information or direct financial credentials.

7. Device / Technical Information

We compile basic diagnostic metrics, including IP addresses, system versions, and unique device IDs to ensure app security, verify active sessions, and prevent spam profiles.

8. How We Use Information

Luvia utilizes collected metrics to execute core app features, personalize pet discoveries, facilitate connections, process in-app purchase receipts, ensure safe content moderation, and address user inquiries.

9. Content Safety and Moderation

To comply with Apple UGC policies, we reserve the right to review shared post parameters, comments, and media. Automated detection tools or manual review may be deployed to filter prohibited materials instantly.

10. Data Retention

User-generated assets and account profiles are preserved for as long as your account is registered as active. You can completely edit or delete specific moments or profile data directly within the app.

11. Account Deletion

You can permanently close your account and delete your data directly inside Luvia. Navigating to Profile → Settings → Delete Account triggers the removal process. Your associated files and identity will be permanently de-identified from our active storage directories.

12. Children / Age Requirement

Luvia is strictly intended for users aged 18 and older. If we discover that personal data has been compiled from an individual under 18 years old, we will delete that profile information immediately.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If any material revisions are made, we will signal this within the mobile application or on this platform.
