1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to construct an account or utilize the Luvia mobile application. By accessing our services, you warrant that you satisfy this age requirement.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining proper security of your registration credentials. Luvia is not liable for unauthorized sessions. Any activity conducted through your active account is your absolute responsibility.

3. Pet Profiles

Users may configure distinct profiles for their animals. All details, pictures, and parameters submitted must accurately represent your pets. Deceptive or malicious profile setups are strictly forbidden.

4. User Content

You maintain ownership rights over the media, photos, video moments, and comments you post inside the Luvia network. However, by uploading content, you grant Luvia a non-exclusive license to store and display those assets inside our platforms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload or share content that is illegal, abusive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, harmful, or dangerous. Users must respect the general well-being of our animal-focused social environment.

6. Social Interaction

We facilitate mutual following, commenting, and direct communication inside Luvia. Any harassment, intimidation, or aggressive behavior toward other members of our pet community will result in immediate termination.

7. Virtual Coins

Luvia provides consumable coins. These virtual assets are strictly designed for in-app reaction options, have no legal cash value, cannot be converted to physical currencies, and are non-transferable between separate accounts.

8. Apple In-App Purchases

Consumable coin packs are acquired using Apple In-App Purchases. All payments, billing details, and related transactional refund procedures follow Apple's App Store legal terms. Luvia does not process direct financial billing or payment card credentials.

9. Reporting and Enforcement

Luvia implements explicit reporting features. If any user observes inappropriate posts, malicious comments, or fake profiles, they may report the item directly inside Luvia for immediate safety evaluation.

10. Blocking

Users can block other accounts to instantly prevent social visibility. Once blocked, the restricted account cannot view your profile details, moments, comments, or interact with you inside the platform.

11. Account Termination

Luvia reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our application immediately, without prior notice, if a user violates any safety guidelines, legal policies, or acceptable use rules.

12. Account Deletion

Users are free to delete their account at any time. This can be triggered directly inside Luvia by navigating to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion is irreversible.

13. Disclaimers

Our application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Luvia disclaims all warranties, and we are not liable for psychological, social, or emotional issues resulting from interactions with other community users.

14. Changes to Terms

Luvia may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform following policy changes confirms your acceptance of the updated terms.
